Email marketing for previous buyers offering exclusive deals and prices will result in a repeat purchases and a higher LTV. Segmenting customers and targeting customers based on geography and most popular selling kit will increase conversion rate.

Multifaceted approach which required a lot of A/B testing on the quality of ads as well as the landing pages, in order to increase conversions. Aimed to significantly reduce friction and customer journey time. Also incorporated discounts, sale deadlines into landing pages.

Set up email marketing campaign through Klaviyo to re-engage previous buyers so Jack wouldn't have to rely so heavily on customer acquisition but could increase the LTV of previously acquired customers. Utilised different social media advertising platforms to identify the channels with the lowest CPA and highest conversion rates

Average Order Value Increased by 11%

As my first project of this kind this was a real eye opener into the importance of scientific process in conversion optimisation. This showed me the importance effective tracking and measurement of data and identification of metrics that should be focused on and those that should not. It's very easy to get carried away in variables that are having no significant effect on results if you are not monitoring them in the correct manner.
