Challenge:

Caroline no longer wanted to rely on word of mouth or direct visibility for her artwork and wanted new as well as existing clients to be able to see her new artwork in a better way. Caroline already had a site, but it was extremely difficult for customers to navigate and view her artwork and didnt respond for mobile viewing.

Hypothesis:

Will having a responsive and easily navigatiable website increase customer inquiries for paintings from new and old clients

Strategy:

decided to completely redesign Caroline's website based on her preferences but also tailored to what appeals to her target demographic.

added an FAQ section to make it easier for customers to understand the process of obtaining and commisioning artwork. Additonally optimised her site for local SEO for more leads as well as crafting templates to showcase new artwork for email marketing campaigns targetting previous buyers.
